Around the Middle East, A Reader’s Guide – 13th Edition

A looming nuclear deal between Iran and the major world powers is dominating the headlines. Here’s a look:

• The potential nuke deal has Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu very concerned – based on what he’s heard, Iran should be happy with what they’re getting. He’s not, and you shouldn’t be either.

• The US is trying to backtrack a little and say there’s no deal in place yet. But if it’s as bad as Netanyahu fears, there’s still something he can do about it.

• And Iran isn’t the only crisis brewing. The Israel-Palestinian “peace process” is going nowhere. That led the US to warn against a new outbreak Palestinian terror against Israel – but Israel didn’t appreciate the threat.
